How long is each product available?

The sales vary product to product. Be sure to look at the timer on each of the products to make sure you don’t miss out. The timer will say “Deal ends in ___”.

What if a deal expired before I could purchase?

Unfortunately past deals are no longer available. However, continue to check back with FYIDeals.com, because occasionally products will return.

Can I get email alerts when new deals are available?

Absolutely! When you sign up for our daily newsletter we will send you our daily deals.

How do I know if a product I want is in stock or sold out?

If the sale has a Buy It Now button that is active, the product is still available. The only time a product is sold out is when an "Out of Stock" appears. When this happens it is no longer available.

What are FYIDeals.com Terms of Service?

Our Terms of Service protects both the seller (us) and the customer (you) from fraud. By proceeding to checkout one of our products, you agree that the use of this site will be at your own risk, and in return, we promise to deliver you the agreed upon item.

Does FYIDeals have a privacy policy?

Yes! We will NEVER sell your information. We only use your information to tell you when your product has shipped, or to give you other important information related to your purchase.

How quickly will I receive my product?

Our items are shipped shipped out within 1-2 business days after the deal is taken down from the site. Sometimes an unforeseen delay may occur, or you may receive a super speedy shipping notification. Regardless, FYIDeals will always notify you as soon as your product ships.

Every so often we will ship items to you directly from our supplier. Orders from our suppliers can take 7-10 business days to begin shipping.

What are my shipping options?

FYIDeals provides forever free shipping using USPS and UPS.

How can I track my order?

When your order has shipped FYIDeals will email you your tracking number. Occasionally, tracking may be unavailable, but you will still receive an email confirming the shipping.. Tracking information can be found in your FYI Deals account in the "My Orders" section.

Do you ship outside of the US?

FYIDeals ships to the 48 continental states. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Can I combine shipping on multiple of the same item?

Unfortunately, we cannot combine shipping on multiple of the same item as they do not always ship out at the same time.

What is that price that’s crossed out?

The price that is crossed out is the manufacturer's suggested retail price or online "going rate.”

Do I need an account to buy an item?

No, you can now check out as a guest. However, if you sign up you can check out faster in the future.

How do I pay for my item?

At FYIDeals we accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes, we go to extreme lengths to keep your information safe. Our customers’ credit card information is never stored on our server and the payment information is transmitted directly to a secure third-party server.

Why was my order cancelled?

Unfortunately, sometimes we are forced to cancel orders due to oversold products, products listed or priced incorrectly, and orders unable to be processed for other reasons. If this ever happens you will always receive a full refund.


What is your return policy?

FYIDeals accepts all returns requested within 30 days when a receipt is included. If the item is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, a full refund will be provided. If the item is missing original packaging and/or accessories, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Certain products cannot be returned if they have been opened. These include:

  • Vitamins

  • Bedding

  • Oral care

  • Undergarments

  • Printer ink

  • Etc.

What is your return policy for cell phones and tablets?

FYIDeals accepts returns if the cell phone or tablet you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect within 30 days of receipt. The cell phone of tablet will only be accepted if it was a manufacturer defect and not damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect. The cell phone or tablet must be returned with original packaging and accessories. When we have received your receipt your return will be processed and if it adheres to the aforementioned criteria a full refund will be administered . A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the item is missing original packaging and/or accessories. If the cell phone or tablet being returned is not defective, damaged, or incorrect, a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
